We Idis India are manufacturer and exporter of Enclosure Accessories like Mounting Plates, Pole mounting clamps, Wall mounting clamps, Din rail, End Plates, RYB Holders, Locks, Cable Glands, Tags etc. Since we manufacture enclosures and accessories in house, we have always stock of the products. For larger volumes, we also develop special accessories on customized requirements. We have experience of shipping to globally and we have shipped our products to almost each state of India. Mounting Plate

Make your electrical assembly more attractive and premium with our ABS mounting plates up to mid range of our enclosures. And galvanized mounting plates for large enclosures. If you have bulk orders, we make customized holes and cutouts in the ABS mounting plate for fixing electrical components. ABS makes it more easy and reliable for machining and drilling.

Pole Mounting Clamp

Fixing of enclosures on street light or round poles from 2 inch dia to 7 inch dia. We have designed Nylon 6 Heavy duty clamps with flexible stainless steel hose clamps. Suitable of these clamps for enclosures width wider than 140mm. Two versions available, one for smaller enclosures, that is fixed with one smaller clamp and another for larger enclosures with sets of two clamps.

Wall Mounting Clamp

Available in Nylon 6 GF30 for enclosures up to 280x280x110mm and stainless steel for larger sizes above 280x280mm. Nylon GF30 clamps are lightweight, corrosion-free, and UV resistant for outdoor use. Stainless steel clamps provide heavy duty strength for larger and heavier panel assemblies. Simple screw-fix design for quick and secure wall mount installation.

Enclosure Lock

Enclosure lock kit for Idis Enclosures, helps to keep secure components inside the enclosures. A low cost kit to be fixed by Idis for your large requirements. Available with all hinged enclosures only. Since this is purely customization, only bulk orders of minimum 10 carton is possible with this lock set. Keep in mind the IP rating of the enclosure will be void with this lock kit.

Cable Glands

More than 95 Percent of our electrical and electronics enclosures need cable glands. To serve the majority of our customers, we have nylon PG13.5 and PG9 cable glands available with us. These are available in pack of 100 at a very reasonable price.

Air Vents

Airvents are important to release the inside pressure of the enclosure in case of high temperature build up in the waterproof junction boxes. We have standard M12 air vent or Breathers available for our IP67 Enclosures.

Indicator Holder

Fix the indicators with enclosure. ABS material prevents short circuit and helps us to make pre assembled indicators with wiring. Clamp is supplied with o-ring that helps to maintain enclosure IP ratings. Available in both, Single holder and RYB holder.

Terminal End Plate

We understand the importance of the endplate specially when terminal one face is completely open. We have developed end plates for connectwell and elmex for 6mm and 10 mm terminals. These are widely used in our customer segments and available in pack of 1000.
