Dispatch Time
Orders with products in stock are usually dispatched in 2 working day of receiving your order.
Delivery Time:
Actual delivery time depends on location of the buyer within India. Within Gujarat and Metro city 2 to 5 working days. Out of Gujarat and out of Metro cities – 3 to 7 Working days.
Delivery Mode:
Surface Courier or Speed Post. In case not reachable for courier
Express Shipping:
Not Available for regular orders. Orders above 50000 INR can be requested in special case via email. (Email address info@idisindia.com)
Shipping Charge:
Shipping charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. Charges depends on destination location. Minimum charges are calculated for 1kg.
Instore Pickup
Instore pickup is not available for any orders.

General Terms
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
Orders placed before 12.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Order Tracking: Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information by mail. Most of our Invoices also have dispatch tracking details in it.
