Multiple areas of production are located within the Ahmedabad facility that are designed for both efficiency and quality. Each area has its own purpose with respect to the manufacturing process, and all areas have strict quality protocols in place. The injection moulding zone, which is the primary location for production machinery, takes in raw materials and produces precision enclosures. The injection moulding production area maintains temperature and humidity control to provide optimum conditions for the production process throughout the year. The quality control lab is located next to the production floor, which allows for real-time testing of products that are being manufactured and provides immediate product feedback. No product will leave the facility without being verified. Additionally, the warehouse/logistics area handles all incoming raw materials and all outgoing finished products. Automated storage systems help to keep track of inventory levels and provide proper rotation of materials. The climate in the warehouse protects sensitive materials from exposure to adverse weather conditions in Gujarat. All administrative offices are located adjacent to the production floor so that all management staff can monitor their employees’ production. In-House Quality Control Lab

All quality begins with the raw material and finishes with the completed product during final inspection. All phases of production are thoroughly tested. No shortcuts and no compromises. Supplier specifications are verified through raw material tests. Every batch produced is also tested for melt flow index, tensile strength, and impact resistance. Color matching systems allow for a consistent appearance in the final product regardless of production runs. Critical dimensions of the final product are verified using coordinate measuring machines. Gauge pins are used to verify the specifications of threads and the location of mounting holes. Surface finish measurements assure that the product maintains a smooth and professional finish. IP65 and IP67 ratings are validated through environmental testing. The enclosure is subjected to pressurized water from all sides during water ingress testing. Raw Material Sourcing & Testing

High-impact grades of ABS resin have been specified for industrial applications; UV-stabilized grades have been specified for outdoor durability; and flame-retardant grades have been specified to meet safety requirements for use in electrical applications. Polycarbonate material offers exceptional impact resistance and temperature stability, while grades of polycarbonate material are selected based upon the specific requirements of an application. For example, some applications require optical clarity; whereas, others must have flame retardant material properties. By blending the two materials, the resulting polycarbonate/ABS blends provide the best characteristics of both types of materials by being chemically resistant to harsh environments, maintaining excellent processing characteristics and thereby enhancing the overall property of the materials. All incoming materials are subjected to inspection/testing to confirm compliance to our requirements before being utilized in production. All incoming materials undergo melt flow testing to verify consistency of the melt flow behaviors expected at the time of the production process; and, mechanical testing is performed to confirm the actual measured strength properties of the incoming materials. Chemical resistance testing is also performed to substantiate that our materials are compatible with the industrial environments in which they will be used. Each manufacturing or assembly operation has a detailed traceability system for the tracking of all materials from the moment they are received until they become a completed product. Lot numbers provide the connection to the raw materials’ certificates for the manufacture of finished enclosures. Tracing of lot numbers provides support for conducting quality investigations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
