IK08 Impact resistance for ABS and IK09 for fully Polycarbonate Enclosures. Test reports from NABL Approved laboratory. 3mm thick abs or Polycarbonate body withstands heavy loads.

IP65 Terminal box Range

The range starts with 4 Terminals of 4 Sqmm and two PG 13.5 Cable Glands. These terminal junction box are designed for the general purpose applications up to 6 sqmm flexible cables. We recommend to use 4sqmm terminal upto 2.5MM cable and 10 Sqmm terminal up to 6Sqmm cables. All our terminal boxes are made with vergin ABS material with thickness of 2.5mm to 3mm. We use Nylon cable glands for cable inlet and outlets. All terminal junction boxes includes wall mounting accessories.

What is the IP rating of your terminal junction boxes?

Our standard terminal boxes are IP65 rated. IP67 rated enclosures are also available. Test reports from NABL approved laboratory available on request. These are enclosure ratings, IP67 voids in terminal boxes. We recommend to position cable glands at bottom side only for outdoor rainy applications.

What sizes of terminal junction boxes are available?

Our range starts from 4 Terminals of 4 Sqmm up to 20 Terminals of 10 Sqmm in various enclosure sizes from 100x100x80mm to 140x190x100mm.

What cable sizes are compatible with your terminal boxes?

We recommend 4 Sqmm terminals for cables up to 2.5mm and 10 Sqmm terminals for cables up to 6 Sqmm flexible cables. Customized terminal boxes can be made for volumes only.

Are customized terminal boxes available?

Yes, customization is available for bulk orders only. we need all details like – number of terminals, cable glands, and box size etc along with any specific requirements with detailed drawings.

What material is used in enclosures?

All terminal boxes are made from virgin ABS material with 2.5mm to 3mm thickness. Nylon cable glands are used for cable inlets and outlets.

Yes, we ship across all states including Mizoram, Manipur, J&K via transport, courier, and India Post.
