Mild steel galvanised mounting plate 1.2mm thick, sized to fit inside the 560x380x180mm enclosure – provides a strong, rigid internal mounting surface for heavy electrical components in large distribution panels.
Galvanised surface coating gives corrosion resistance for long service life in industrial and outdoor electrical panel environments where ABS plates may not provide sufficient structural strength for heavy loads.
Suitable for mounting heavy-duty components – large DIN rail arrays with multiple MCBs, contactor rows, large transformers, busbar systems, and industrial electrical assemblies that require a metal backing plate.
Supplied with self-tapping screws for fixing to the internal pillars of the 560x380x180mm enclosure – standard fitment without enclosure modification.
Custom cutouts and holes are not possible on galvanised plates – supplied as a flat standard plate. For enclosures requiring custom hole patterns, ABS mounting plates with custom drilling are recommended.
Used in large industrial distribution boards, main electrical panels, contactor enclosures, and machine control panels where metal mounting plate strength is required inside the 560x380x180mm enclosure.
